Get Up Girl's mission is to empower women and girls to confidently bloom into their God-given identity and purpose, while actively championing freedom, justice, and restoration for those impacted by human trafficking, abuse, and violence.

​We envision a world where women and girls walk confidently and unapologetically as daughters of The King, rooted in truth, whole in identity, and equipped to lead. While human trafficking is confronted through prayer, education, advocacy, and compassionate action, bringing hope, healing, freedom, and justice, to those impacted by human trafficking, abuse, and violence, locally and globally.
Meet the Founder & Director of Get Up Girl
Kiara is the heart behind Get Up Girl, a Christ-led ministry devoted to cultivating women and girls to bloom in their God-given purpose and identity.
Her heart is especially for women and girls who have felt overlooked, broken, silenced, or stuck. With a gentle yet bold call, Kiara reminds them of who they are in Christ. Chosen, crowned, and deeply loved.
Get Up Girl was birthed through prayer, lived experience, and obedience. What began as a burden to help women arise spiritually and emotionally has grown into a sacred sisterhood rooted in healing, discipleship, and intentional growth. Through mentorship, community, prayer, and safe spaces, Kiara guides women and girls on a journey of healing, growth, restoration and alignment in Christ. Helping them grow strong at the roots and beautifully bloom into all God has called them to be.
The Freedom Garden Initiative (formerly the Set Them Free Movement) is a core pillar of Get Up Girl and carries a deep burden for freedom and justice. Anchored in prayer and action, Kiara advocates for those impacted by human trafficking, abuse, violence, and the foster care system, believing wholeheartedly that freedom is God’s will for every one of His children. Through intercession, awareness, advocacy, and community engagement, she stands in the gap declaring restoration, dignity, and hope.
At the center of everything Kiara does is Jesus Christ. His heart, His truth, and His redemptive power. Her mission is simple yet sacred: to see women and girls rise, heal, and bloom in their God-given purpose and royal identity, while boldly championing freedom and justice until all are free.
